Common Questions
Before you reach out.
What happens after I request a demo? ▶
Within 48 hours, you'll receive two things in your inbox: a personalised demo link showing a working Pistoola room built around your specific situation, and a detailed solution brief (PDF) outlining our recommended approach for your stakeholders and industry. No calls. No scheduling. Just open the link, experience the room, and read the brief at your own pace.
How long does it take to build a room? ▶
A typical room takes 5–7 days from brief to live. That includes stakeholder mapping, content creation across all four modalities (video, text, data, visual), MECE structuring, and dashboard setup. Complex multi-stakeholder deployments may take longer.
What does the GTM room show me? ▶
The GTM room walks you through five stages of your go-to-market motion — demand, sales, partners, post-sale, expansion — and shows you where you're broadcasting at each stage. It takes two minutes, requires no signup, and ends by asking which stage hurts most. Whatever you pick, we follow up via email with a specific approach for that pain.
How does communication work? Do I need to schedule a call? ▶
No calls. No meetings. No scheduling. Everything happens via email — short, focused, and on your schedule. You submit the form, we send the demo and solution brief. You reply with questions, we answer within 24 hours. If you move forward, onboarding happens through a structured intake form that takes about 2 minutes. The entire process is async — we respect your time.
Is there a free trial? ▶
The GTM room is free and requires no signup. For a full Pistoola deployment, we start with a personalised demo link and solution brief, then build a pilot room for your specific use case. No long-term commitment required until you see results.
How is Pistoola different from a CRM or marketing automation? ▶
CRM tracks relationships. Marketing automation sends campaigns. Pistoola does neither — it builds a separate, interactive experience for each person involved in a shared process. Where your CRM tells you who the CFO is, Pistoola gives the CFO an experience designed for exactly what they care about. It works alongside your existing stack, not instead of it.
What does onboarding look like if I move forward? ▶
You fill a short onboarding form (about 2 minutes) telling us about your stakeholders, your process, and what you need. We come back with a detailed project scope via email. No discovery calls. No workshops. No multi-week onboarding programmes. You tell us the problem, we build the room, you review it, we go live.
