Our privacy policy, terms of service, security practices, and accessibility commitment. We believe transparency is non-negotiable.
Pistoola ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
We collect only what's necessary to deliver and improve our services:
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pistoola.com.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Engagement data from Pistoola rooms is retained for the duration of the client relationship and deleted upon request or contract termination.
Our website uses essential cookies for functionality (e.g., navigation, session management). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, are anonymised and can be disabled in your browser settings.
These terms govern your use of Pistoola's website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pistoola provides a personalisation engine that builds separate, interactive experiences for every person involved in a shared process. Our services include the creation, hosting, and analytics of personalised rooms across sales, customer success, HR, healthcare, education, government, events, and franchise operations.
All Pistoola technology, design, and content — including the room framework, dashboard, and personalisation engine — are owned by Pistoola. Client content uploaded to rooms remains the property of the client. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Pistoola provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question during the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide an export of your data and delete it from our systems within 60 days unless retention is required by law.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
Security is foundational to Pistoola. Our products handle sensitive stakeholder engagement data across enterprise sales, healthcare, government, and other regulated industries. We take this responsibility seriously.
We maintain an incident response plan that includes detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with applicable regulations.
Pistoola is committed to making our products and website accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. Personalisation means every person — and that includes people who navigate with assistive technology, screen readers, or alternative input devices.
We design and develop to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across our website and products. For government deployments through Pistoola Citizen™, we target WCAG 2.2 Level AAA compliance.
Accessibility is not a one-time audit. We test continuously, review our products against WCAG criteria with every release, and welcome feedback from users who encounter barriers. If something doesn't work for you, we want to know — and we'll fix it.
